SnapstoneTerms of Use
These are the terms for using Snapstone. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. They are short because the game is simple.
The game
Snapstone is a puzzle game made by PLAYRIOT LLC. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to play it on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its art, sounds, music or level data.
Purchases
Garden 1, the Daily Ring and Play together are free. "All Gardens" is a one-time in-app purchase made through Apple. It unlocks Gardens 2 and 3 and three hints on every level, on every device signed in with the same Apple Account, using Restore purchases in Settings. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules; we cannot issue them ourselves.
Game Center and the Daily Ring
The Daily Ring leaderboard uses Apple's Game Center. Scores are verified by replaying the moves that earned them; a score that does not replay is not posted. We may remove scores or block submissions that were produced by tampering. Game Center is optional and subject to Apple's terms.
Play together
Play together runs on one phone that players pass by hand. There is no online matchmaking, no chat and no sharing of player information.
Your progress
Progress is stored on your device and, if you allow it, in your own iCloud. We do not keep a copy and cannot restore progress for you if both are lost.
Changes and availability
We may update the game, change or add levels, and adjust the Daily Ring. We may stop offering the game, and we will give reasonable notice in the app or on this site if that happens. Purchases already made keep working as long as the app runs on your device.
No warranty
The game is provided as is. We work to keep every level clearable and the physics fair, but we do not promise the game will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, PLAYRIOT LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
